Each season, the San Diego Supper Club sets a single table in a single building: a chef-driven dinner for ten, hosted by the documentary filmmaker Christopher Theodore. Your management chooses the residents who sit at the table; we choose guests by hand from San Diego’s cultural and civic life, who spend an evening in conversation.
Every evening is documented and leaves something behind: photographs, a short video, and a story written for the press, all made in the building and carrying its name beside the Club’s. The partnership is held by one building only.

A private chef builds the menu around the season; wine is chosen by the host; the table is set properly, with flowers and a printed menu. Everything handled. Nothing for your staff to run.
One discreet camera, shot with restraint. Each evening is kept as photographs and a short video of the building the way marketing can never stage it, full of actual life.
Christopher chooses the city guests, opens the evening, and holds the room. The dinner carries his name beside your building's — a standard, kept in person, every season.
Rare enough that every table is an occasion. Regular enough that your building's year begins to turn around them.

The Host
Christopher has spent his career at the meeting point of media and hospitality — as a magazine publisher, a hospitality investor, and a documentarian. The Supper Club is the room where those lives converge: he chooses the city guests for each table, opens each evening, and hosts each table personally. It is, deliberately, the only part of the night that cannot be delegated.
